Hummus

2 cups chickpeas (if using canned, skip the salt)
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove

Slowly pour chickpeas into food processor as the blade turns.
Add all other ingredients.
Blend well.

Enjoy!
