This 21 day challenge will give your body time to get over the foods it craves. At the end of the 21 days, the idea is not to turn you into a vegan, but to have set your body back to "zero" and only add the things back into your diet you truly want to eat--usually the more natural items. (And, yes, you should naturally drop weight without any counting.) :)
